FAQ¶
What happens to entries when a tag is deleted?¶
The entries are not deleted. They remain in your history with the tag name preserved exactly as it was. Deleting a tag only removes it from the tag list — it disappears from the tag selector and can no longer be assigned to new entries, but all past entries that carried it are untouched.
What happens when I reach the entry limit?¶
Stundu warns you before you actually hit the ceiling. The progress bar in Preferences → Plan turns red when you are above 90 % of your plan's limit, giving you time to upgrade before anything is blocked.
There is also a small tolerance above the displayed limit, so you are not cut off abruptly the moment the counter reaches the round number. When you do hit the hard ceiling, stopping the timer will show an amber warning banner and the entry will not be saved — but the timer keeps running so your session is not lost. Upgrade your plan and then stop the timer to save the entry.
My entries are missing — where did they go?¶
The most likely cause is a workspace switch. Entries, tags, and billing rates are all scoped to a specific workspace. If you switched workspaces — or if the active workspace changed after accepting an invite link — your entries are still there, just in the other workspace.
Click the stacked-layers icon in the header to see which workspace is active and switch back if needed.
Can I move entries between workspaces?¶
Not directly through the UI, but you can do it via export and import:
- Switch to the workspace that has the entries.
- Go to Preferences → Import/Export and download a Stundu CSV export.
- Switch to the destination workspace.
- Import the CSV file. Duplicate entries are skipped, so re-importing is safe.
How do I delete my account?¶
Go to Me menu → Preferences → Danger zone → Delete account.
If you are the sole owner of any shared workspace that still has members, Stundu will not let you delete your account until those workspaces are dealt with — either transfer ownership, remove all members, or delete the workspaces. The dialog will tell you exactly which workspaces are blocking deletion.
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal workspace and everything in it. This cannot be undone.
