Plans and billing¶
Plans¶
| Plan | Price | Entry limit |
|---|---|---|
| Free | — | 1,000 entries |
| Starter | €2 / month | 2,000 entries |
| Unlimited | €8 / month | No limit |
The entry limit counts all time entries across the active workspace. Entries that are already recorded are never deleted when you hit the limit — you simply cannot add new ones until you upgrade or free up space.
The Free plan has no time restriction — you can stay on it indefinitely by deleting older entries to keep the count within the limit.
Your current plan¶
Open the Me menu (your name in the top-right corner) → Preferences → Plan tab.
The Plan tab shows:
- Your current plan name.
- How many entries you have used out of your limit, with a progress bar. The bar turns red when you are above 90 % of the limit.
- Upgrade buttons if you are on the Free plan.
- A Manage subscription link if you are on a paid plan.
Upgrading¶
- Go to Preferences → Plan.
- Choose a plan and click its upgrade button.
- You are taken to the Stripe checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm.
- After payment, Stundu redirects you back to the app. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
Managing your subscription¶
Paying users can change their plan, update their payment method, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Go to Preferences → Plan.
- Click Manage subscription.
- The Customer Portal opens in a new tab. Changes made there take effect within a few minutes.
Entry limit reached¶
When you reach the limit, Stundu blocks new entries and shows an amber banner at the top of the app. If the timer is running at the moment the limit is hit, it keeps counting — your session is not lost. Click Upgrade in the banner (or in the Plan tab) to continue tracking.
Billing and shared workspaces¶
In a shared workspace, the entry limit is tied to the workspace owner — the person who created the workspace. If the owner is on the Free plan, the workspace has a 1,000-entry limit regardless of what plan other members hold.
To give a shared workspace a higher limit, the workspace owner needs to upgrade their own account.
